Renovation in Oakville
Our team executed a complete renovation of a property on an older house in Oakville, transforming it into a stylish and functional space. The project involved updating the layout, installing new fixtures, and enhancing the overall appeal of the property. This was converted from a 4 bedroom, 1 Bathroom property to a 5 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom property including a fully functional separate unit in the basement with it's own separate entrance!
Niagara Region Conversion
CHSG Construction undertook the modernization and conversion of a large, dilapidated vacation property, focusing on blending luxury with practicality. The project encompassed creating open living areas, optimizing natural light, and integrating high-end finishes to elevate the property's allure. Additionally, the property was converted from a large 8 Bedroom house to a legal 4-Plex with a total of 11 Bedrooms allowing for maximum utility of the large square footage of the home.
